She has worked as resource person in various training programs for training lawyers and juniors in the art of Mediation.
As Chairperson of the Committee for preparation of Modules for training of Legal Services Lawyers, she oversaw preparation of three training modules for the lawyers and one for the Para legal volunteers. She also got a training module prepared for the Probation Office working under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma joined the Delhi Judicial Service in 1992 and was promoted to Delhi Higher Judicial Service in 2003. J.P. Sengh is a distinguished legal professional with a career spanning over four decades. He began his practice in 1981, appearing before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, other High Courts, and various subordinate Courts and Tribunals across the country. Rajesh Gupta is a practicing lawyer in Delhi Courts since 1989. He specializes in Land Acquisition cases and has extensive experience in various types of civil cases, including matrimonial, rent control matters, commercial/recovery matters, arbitration, and criminal matters. Prathamesh D Popat is a lawyer based in Mumbai who started his career as a Counsel in the Chambers of now Senior Counsel Aspandiar P Chinoy, after receiving his Sanad in 1991. Though initially his practice was only restricted to litigation, he is now focused on collaborative approaches to dispute resolution, like mediation and conciliation.
After initial trainings in India - inter alia at the High Court - he took further training [2004] and accreditation [2007] as a Mediator from LEADR, a peak dispute resolution organization (now Resolution Institute) in Australia.
